In 2024, Whitetower set out to expand its client base by targeting small- and medium-sized e-commerce brands.
To support this initiative, they partnered with us to create a campaign focused on promoting their Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) services to this growing market.
Whitetower’s goal of targeting small- and medium-sized e-commerce brands came with a unique challenge: their ideal customer profile (ICP) had very specific requirements, making lead qualification a time-consuming and labor-intensive process.
To qualify as a lead, prospects needed to meet these criteria:
-Platform: Must be using Shopify.
-Revenue: Generating between $3M and $10M annually.
-Product Offering: Listing more than 50 products on their website.
-Pricing: An average product value of $100.
-Bounce Rate: A specific threshold aligned with conversion rate optimization needs.
This level of precision required manual research to ensure prospects were a good fit.
Compounding the issue, the company’s owner—who was the most skilled at qualifying leads—was the one managing this process.
This created a significant bottleneck, as it demanded a considerable amount of his time and effort, limiting the potential for scaling outreach effectively.
To help Whitetower overcome their lead qualification bottleneck, we implemented a robust outbound system that automated not only outreach but also the research and qualification process.
