Fraudio, a seed-funded fraud detection and anti-money laundering (AML) platform serving issuers, banks, acquirers, and merchants, was relying on a completely manual outbound process.
The Challenge
- Their single SDR was building lead lists in Apollo, exporting CSVs, and manually reaching out without any sequencers
- Every opportunity was manually logged in HubSpot
- A large, unclean CRM database lacked structure and up-to-date information
- Scaling outreach and leveraging data for GTM operations was nearly impossible
What We Built
Clay-Powered GTM Engine: Using Clay, HubSpot, Slack, OutboundSync, Instantly, HeyReach, and custom APIs, we created a system that automates contact list building and personalized outreach campaigns at scale.
CRM Automation: Outbound campaigns sync with HubSpot via OutboundSync. Every contacted lead is automatically added to HubSpot and their status updates instantly when they reply — keeping the CRM accurate and up to date.
Data Enrichment: The system cleans, enriches, and updates CRM data in real time — including legacy records.
Competitor Intelligence: Prospects engaging with competitor LinkedIn pages are identified and automatically added to the outreach flow.

- Eliminated repetitive manual work like CSV uploads and CRM data entry
