INTRODUCTION AND BACKGROUND
Despite the potential for expansion, WorkinAUS faced the challenge of identifying and connecting with the right recruiters efficiently.Â
This task was proving to be both time-consuming and challenging.
- We meticulously compiled a list of decision-makers from recruitment companies using Bullhorn, ensuring that our outreach efforts were directed at the right individuals.
- We designed and executed a strategic LinkedIn lead generation system. Our messages emphasized WorkinAUS as a platform seamlessly integrated with Bullhorn, highlighting its potential to streamline the job posting process directly from their ATS system.
- In conjunction with our LinkedIn efforts, we launched a parallel cold email campaign. These emails were personalised and conveyed the advantages of partnering with WorkinAUS.
- We encouraged recruiters to take the next step by signing up for a trial and scheduling a meeting with a WorkinAUS Business Development Representative (BDR). This direct engagement approach aimed to facilitate the onboarding process and strengthen the partnership prospects.
In the initial 60 days of our outreach efforts, we successfully arranged more than 30 meetings and secured over 40 trial signups. Impressively, some of these trial signups have already transitioned into paying customers.
